Contacts, estimates, addresses attached to your work, companies, measurements, commission information, and knocking status are stored in your private workspace. Commission records are additionally limited to the user who owns them. Login credentials and connected API or OAuth credentials are not placed in shared catalogs.
Public property information and curated shared catalogs can be available to all users. Public availability does not make your customer records, estimates, or activity public.
If you opt in, Measure may use eligible, scrubbed storm, product, vendor, or price-list facts to update shared catalogs. This setting does not authorize sharing raw documents.
Before an unrecognized storm report, measurement report, commission sheet, or other document is sent to the platform administrator for importer training, the app will ask for approval for that specific file. If approved, the original is stored in a restricted training inbox for review and download.
